Cubs

Develop new skills. Soar to great heights. Being a Cub opens up a whole other world.

You will get a chance to try lots of different activities like, music, exploring, computing and collecting. If you do them properly you will get a badge which you can wear on your uniform.

Cub Scouts also get to go on trips and days out, to places like museums, theme parks or a farm. Our Cubs Scout camp several times a year close to home and have the opportunity to take part in a longer Summer Camp further afield. This will means sleeping in a tent and doing loads of outdoor activities.

We take particular pride in giving all of our Cubs’s the very best chance to gain their Chief Scout Silver Award. This is the highest award a Cub can earn and it’s something you work on gradually throughout your whole time in the section. In the last 3 years 29 of our Cubs have achieved this award
